Our kick-ass Crew Members are all over providing awesome customer service and whipping up delicious, quality food for our Huxtamers. They champion the Huxta-culture and make sure that all our Huxtamers feel the love every time they step foot in one of our stores.
Our awesome Shift Leaders are responsible for driving outstanding quality, service and cleanliness (QSC) in store. They oversee daily operations to make sure things are running smoothly and efficiently, as well as helping our Crew Members to shine (bright like a diamond). Through influential leadership, our Shift Leaders improve their business by pushing sales growth, running shifts profitably and managing all facets of safety.
Assistant Store Manager
Our Assistant Store Managers play a crucial role in their business, ensuring that everything is smooth sailing. They are our Store Manager’s right-hand guy or gal, and help achieve the overall objectives and goals in their store. They champion the Huxta-culture and lead their teams through influence, as opposed to positional power (culture is everything at Huxta!!). Our Assistant Store Managers own inventory and/or scheduling systems, which have a massive impact on the store’s overall profitability.
Our Store Managers get the awesome job of leading their enthusiastic Huxtacrew. They are in charge of general operations, as well as ensuring that all their KPIs are met. Our Store Managers are responsible for the four main pillars of our business - QSC, sales, profit and (most importantly) people. They also get to be part of our ever-growing leadership team, getting a say in all things Huxta as we continue to grow!
