Our Shift Supervisors are responsible for everything happening for the duration of their shift, and understand how their results play a part in the overall success of the restaurant. These legends come to work each day with a positive attitude, ready to drive and motivate the team working on any given day. Our Shift Supervisors oversee all areas of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction is the key driver of all their decisions. It is their responsibility that our crew are meeting all the metrics around quality, service and cleanliness, and will work collaboratively with the leadership team to help meet the business focuses and objectives that contribute to the wider success of the restaurant.
ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
Our Assistant Restaurant Managers are Restaurant Managers in the making. These guns bring the energy every day, running exemplary services, as well as coaching shift supervisors and crew. The ARM plays a critical role in helping the Restaurant Business Manager not only run the restaurant, but the business overall. They are across the business goals; from wages to inventory costs, and focus their work on achieving restaurant targets. They also play an active role in developing local marketing plans with the Restaurant Business Manager, driving the top line sales of the restaurant. These champions of culture lead their teams through influence and are always sure to set a good example through creating an epic working environment.
RESTAURANT BUSINESS MANAGER
Our Restaurant Business Managers are the commanders in chief of our restaurants. They get the awesome privilege of managing the entire restaurant team and do so through influence, not positional power. The role of a Restaurant Business Manager encompasses all areas of sales, people, profit and day-to-day operations. RBM’s are the driving force behind our restaurants, ensuring that the customer experience is at the core of what we do. A key function of the RBM role is not just to manage the business as it is, but also look for new revenue opportunities then build local area marketing campaigns to grow their business.
